Refund policy

1 - The PROCAM Online Store allows the return of products within a period of 14 days.

2 - To request an exchange or return, the customer is asked to contact PROCAM via email geral@procam.pt indicating the invoice number.

3 - PROCAM is responsible for returning defective products and incorrect shipments, as well as for shipping and pickup costs, provided the customer notifies the customer within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. Once the merchandise is received at our facilities and the condition is confirmed, the refund will be made via bank transfer.

4 - PROCAM is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence and poor storage conditions by the Customer.
