1 - Ordering and Shipping
1. 1 - To make a purchase in the PROCAM Online Store, the user must select the desired products and wait for confirmation via email from PROCAM.
1. 2 - After PROCAM confirms stock, an email will be sent to the contact address registered in the online store by the customer at the time of formalization, with all details about delivery, billing, and payment information. If the customer does not receive the order confirmation email, they are asked to contact PROCAM by phone at 239445111 or by email at geral@procam.pt.
1. 3 - Changes to the conditions of orders not shipped or the cancellation of an order not shipped can be made when requested via email geral@procam.pt.
1.4 - Any order placed in the PROCAM online store will only be processed after payment has been received. Placing an order alone does not constitute a reservation of the products.
1. 5 - Orders placed by users from countries outside the European Union must be previously validated.
1. 6 - Orders will only be shipped after stock and payment confirmation and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
1. 7 - If an order cannot be fulfilled in part or in full, the customer will be immediately contacted by PROCAM.
1.8 - After receiving the order data, the user has 3 business days to make the payment. If you do not make the payment within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
1. 9 - The PROCAM Online Store provides the user with the following payment method: bank transfer.
1. 10 - Proof of bank transfer must be sent to the email geral@procam.pt.
1. 11 - Payments are accepted in euros, regardless of the currency used for the transaction. Conversion fees for payments made in other currencies must be borne by the customer.
2 - Shipping Costs
2. 1 - The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the products, destination and the total value of the order.
2. 2 - The shipping cost is indicated in the shopping cart before the final validation of the order, in the case of deliveries to mainland Portugal.
For deliveries outside mainland Portugal, the total shipping cost is calculated after the customer confirms the order by email to geral@procam.pt.
3 - Delivery
3. 1 - Orders will only be shipped after stock and payment confirmation and as soon as possible.
3.2 - Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer and in accordance with the carrier's delivery schedule. Orders can be delivered outside mainland Portugal, provided the address is within the carrier's delivery area.
3. 3 - As the transportation service is contracted from a company, possible delays in deliveries cannot be resolved by PROCAM, and in these cases, it is not possible to guarantee exact delivery times.
3. 4 - If for any reason the customer is unable to receive the order or collect it at the location indicated by the carrier, the customer is requested to immediately contact the Online Store via email geral@procam.pt.
3.5 - All products shipped by PROCAM must be inspected upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, they must immediately return it to the shipping company, indicate the reason for the return on the delivery note, and immediately notify PROCAM's Online Store via email at geral@procam.pt.
3.6 - If, after delivery, the customer finds that any of the items are not in compliance, they are requested to immediately contact PROCAM via email geral@procam.pt indicating the order number or the number of the document that accompanied the order, attaching images of the packaging as received and of all items, so that the situation can be resolved as quickly as possible.
